Fyntiq Wallet is not a bank account. Fyntiq Wallet is a digital asset wallet application provided by Fyntiq Technologies LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company. Fyntiq Technologies LLC is not a bank or depository institution. Your wallet balance is held as USDC (a US dollar-pegged stablecoin issued by Circle Internet Financial, LLC) in a self-custodial wallet that only you can authorize. Funds are not FDIC insured, not SIPC insured, and not guaranteed by any government program.

How Fyntiq Wallet works. Fyntiq Wallet is a self-custodial wallet application provided by Fyntiq Technologies LLC. Your wallet is provisioned and secured through third-party wallet infrastructure; fiat-to-USDC conversion and on/off-ramp services are provided by a licensed third-party payment partner under that partner's own regulatory authorizations. Fyntiq Technologies LLC does not custody customer funds and does not perform money transmission directly.

Rewards. Up to 3% back is the maximum advertised rate, available when you pay Fyntiq partners with the Fyntiq Wallet (paid in USDC). All rewards are subject to category exclusions, monthly caps, and the full Rewards Terms. Rewards may be modified or discontinued at Fyntiq's discretion with notice.

Buyer's Protection. Buyer's Protection is a program administered by Fyntiq Technologies LLC for eligible purchases made through Fyntiq Wallet. Coverage applies up to $500 per transaction within 30 days of purchase. Eligibility excludes digital goods, services, peer-to-peer transfers, and additional categories listed in our Buyer's Protection Terms. Buyer's Protection is not insurance. Claims are subject to investigation and documentation requirements.

Digital asset risk. Digital assets, including stablecoins, are subject to market, regulatory, and operational risks. While USDC is designed to maintain a 1:1 peg to the US dollar, no peg is guaranteed.
